Answer

1. Different needs are met:

People in the community need food, health care, education, clothes, houses and transport. This means we need farmers, doctors, teachers, tailors, builders and drivers—everyone plays a special role.

2. It helps the community grow and develop:

When people use their different skills to work and earn money, they help the community become stronger and more successful.

3. It makes life easier and better:

People do not have to do everything by themselves. They can get help from others who are trained in certain jobs, like mechanics, shopkeepers, or plumbers.

4. It reduces over-dependence on one type of work:

If everyone had the same job, the community would suffer. For example, if everyone were farmers and no doctors existed, there would be no one to treat the sick.
