Where did the Bantu people migrate from, and which Bantu communities are found in Eastern Africa today?

The Bantu people migrated from the Congo Basin, which is in Central Africa.

This migration happened a long time ago as they moved in search of:

- Fertile land for farming

- Water

- Better living conditions

- Peace (to escape conflicts)

As they moved, they settled in many parts of Eastern Africa, including Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
